Official Rules
This Agreement governs your participation in the Stay Close To Your Essence – Grow Far Beyond Wealth 2026 Birthday Promo (the “Promo”) described herein. The Promo is organised by Ad Market Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus under registration number HE 361574, with a registered office at Christaki Kranou 49, Germasogeia, 4041 Limassol, Cyprus (“Adsterra”, “we”, “us”). No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win either draw.
For Participants who hold an account with Adsterra (an “Account”), this Agreement constitutes an integral part of the Adsterra Terms and Conditions available at https://adsterra.com/advertisers-terms-managed (the “Terms and Conditions”), which you agreed to when creating your Account. Areas and/or terms not covered by this Agreement are regulated by the provisions of the Adsterra Terms and Conditions.
This Agreement is entered into and between:
Adsterra, being the organiser, creator and owner of this Promo; and you (the “Participant”, “you”, “your”), being either (i) the holder of an Account (an “Advertiser” or “Publisher”); hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each separately as a “Party”. The Parties act as independent contractors.
Whereas Adsterra celebrates its 13th birthday in 2026 and wishes to offer prizes to lucky Partners through the Promo;
and Whereas you seek to participate in the Promo and take the chance to win a prize,
Now you and Adsterra hereby agree as follows:
BY TICKING THE CHECKBOX ON THE LANDING FORM OF APPLICATION, YOU (A) CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF AND COMPLY WITH THE PRESENT AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT ; (B) ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMO AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT; (C) HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE A FULLY AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY AND HAVE FULL LEGAL CAPACITY AND AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU ARE AND WILL REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH ADSTERRA TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU SATISFY ALL PARTNER’S CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE PRIVACY POLICY PUBLISHED AT THE WEBSITE;
Eligibility
The Promo is open only to persons aged 18 or over. Employees, officers and directors of Adsterra, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families, may participate in the quiz but are not eligible to win a prize. Persons located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, or where participation in the Promo or receipt of a prize would be unlawful, or to which Adsterra is unable lawfully to transfer funds or deliver merchandise, are not eligible to win. Only one entry per person is permitted in each draw; entries generated by bots, scripts, or multiple or duplicate accounts or email addresses will be disqualified.
Promo Dates
Official dates:
- Event period: August 3 – 31st 2026. All dates and deadlines in this Agreement are at 23:59 EEST (Cyprus time) unless stated otherwise.
- Results of the main giveaway for Adsterra merch points – September 2, 2026
- Winners of the main giveaway for Adsterra merch points announced – September 2 on Adsterra social media
- Results of the secondary social media money giveaway – September 2, announced on Adsterra social media
Participation in the Promo
To take part in the Promo and have the right to get one of the claimed prizes, each Participant has to fulfill the following conditions.
The Main Promo
To enter this Main Promo the participants have to own an Adsterra Account. To apply for your participation in the Main Promo you must:
- Enter a valid active Adsterra account e-mail in the contact collection form, tick the mandatory checkbox confirming acceptance of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and press Next before starting the quiz until the Promo’s end date (the “Registration Period”): August 3-31st 2026 on the Landing page dedicated to the Promo (https://your.adsterra.com/13 )
Main Draw Prize Fund
All participants who enter their active Adsterra account e-mail in the contact collection form, tick the checkbox, and click Next before starting the quiz are automatically entered into the giveaway. 5 random winners will receive 350 merch points each, which they can redeem for items in Adsterra Swag Lounge. Merch points have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash alternative. Redemption is subject to the Adsterra Swag Lounge terms and stock availability. Adsterra may substitute any unavailable item with an item of equivalent or greater value.
Winners will be determined randomly with a randomizing online tool in a transparent way no later than September 1 2026 and announced on Adsterra’s social media on September 2. Winners will also be notified by email to the address provided. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, or is found to be ineligible or in breach of this Agreement, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in the same manner. Winners will be announced using their account username only.
Additional Prize Draw
To enter this draw the participants don’t have to own an Adsterra Account. Adsterra will give away USD 100 (one hundred US dollars) to one (1) winner selected from those who share their card on social media complying with these requirements:
- Save your quiz result or take a screenshot of it.
- Post it with the hashtag #AdsterraEssence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X (Twitter) before August 31st, 2026. Each eligible social media account may qualify for one (1) entry. If a participant shares the promotion on multiple platforms, each eligible account will be considered a separate entry. Multiple posts published from the same account will not result in additional entries.
- To participate you must tag Adsterra’s account on social media.
- Keep the post visible and your profile public until at least September 2, 2026, as only public posts can be identified and entered.
- The draw will take place on September 2nd, 2026.
- One random participant will receive a cash prize $100, which will be transferred to a payment method supported by Adsterra, as agreed with the winner, no later than October 1st 2026. The winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter and must respond within fourteen (14) days, failing which the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn in the same manner. Adsterra may require reasonable identity verification and will bear standard transfer fees. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes applicable to the prize and for any charges or exchange-rate differences applied by the winner’s own payment provider.
The winner will be determined randomly with a randomizing online tool and announced on Adsterra’s social media on September 2, using the winner’s username only.
By posting your result card with the hashtag #AdsterraEssence and tagging Adsterra, you confirm that the entry is your own and does not infringe any third-party rights, and you grant Adsterra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost and use the entry (including your result card and username) for the purposes of administering and promoting the Promo.
This draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram, Facebook), LinkedIn Corporation or X Corp. (Twitter). Entries must comply with the applicable platform’s terms of use and promotional guidelines.
Participants’ Representations and Warranties
You warrant the legality of all data you provide and of your activities, and you grant Adsterra the right to use your data for administering and promoting the Promo in accordance with the Data Protection section below. You agree to act professionally, not damage Adsterra’s reputation, and not violate third-party rights or Promo rules. Adsterra may disqualify participants in case of any breach. Prizes are provided “as is,” and the fee for the delivery of merchandise ordered with the merch points is borne by Adsterra.
Data Protection
Adsterra processes Participants’ personal data (email address and, for the Additional Prize Draw, social media handle and entry post) for the purposes of administering the Promo, selecting, contacting and announcing winners, and delivering prizes, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Adsterra’s Privacy Policy available at https://adsterra.com/privacy-policy-managed/. The quiz and entry form are operated on Adsterra’s behalf by involve.me / stereosense GmbH acting as a data processor. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and to comply with applicable legal obligations, and will then be deleted. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability as described in the Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure
Force majeure may lead to changes, postponement, or cancellation of the Promo. Adsterra is not liable for related costs and will notify participants via its website, social media, or account notifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adsterra shall not be liable for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or undelivered entries; for technical failures, network outages or the unavailability of the quiz platform, the Landing page or any social media platform; or for acts or omissions of third parties (including payment providers and delivery services). Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection provisions.
Entire Agreement and Variation
The Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Adsterra may modify the Promo or this Agreement for legitimate reasons. Adsterra may also cancel, suspend, postpone or shorten the Promo, or any part of it (including either draw), at any time and for any reason, without liability to Participants. Any material change will be announced in the same manner as these Rules (blog, newsletter) and will not adversely affect entries already validly submitted.
Miscellaneous
Invalidity of any provision does not affect the remainder. Adsterra may assign this Agreement; you may not without prior consent. Notices will be sent to the email provided upon registration (or, for Additional Prize Draw participants who did not provide an email, via the social media account used to enter). You confirm you have not relied on any statements outside this Agreement and Adsterra’s official documents.
