Official Rules
This Agreement governs your participation in the Put the Engine to the Test 2026 Promo (the “Promo”) described herein.
This Agreement constitutes an integral part of Adsterra Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), which you agreed upon when creating an Account with Adsterra (‘Account’). Areas and/or terms not covered by this Agreement are regulated by the provisions of Adsterra Terms and Conditions.
This Agreement is entered into and between:
Ad Market Limited, a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE 361574), registered office at Christaki Kranou 49, Germasogeia, 4041 Limassol, Cyprus, (“Adsterra”, “we”, “us” ), including its affiliated and subsidiary companies, being the organizer, creator, and owner of this Promo; and You (the “You”, “Yours”, etc.), a participant as client of Adsterra (Publisher) and therefore the holder of an Account, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”, “Participants”, “Publishers”, “Partners” and separately as “Party”, “Participant”, “Publisher”, “Partner”, etc. The Parties act as independent contractors.
Whereas Adsterra releases its new Ad Intelligence Engine & provides the Promo and wishes to offer prizes to lucky Partners through the Promo;
and Whereas you seek to participate in the Promo and take the chance to win a prize,
Now you and Adsterra hereby agree as follows:
BY FOLLOWING THE LINK FROM THE BLOG POST OR OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS OF THE PROMO IN ADSTERRA CHANNELS AND COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION OR LOG-IN PROCEDURE, YOU (A) CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF AND COMPLY WITH THE PRESENT AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT AND ACKNOWLEDGE OUR PRIVACY POLICY PUBLISHED AT THE WEBSITE; (B) ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMO AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT; (C) HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE A FULLY AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY AND HAVE FULL LEGAL CAPACITY AND AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU ARE AND WILL REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH ADSTERRA TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU SATISFY ALL PARTNER CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
Eligibility
The Promo is open only to persons aged 18 or over. Employees, officers and directors of Adsterra, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families, may participate in the Additional Prize Draw but are not eligible to win a prize. Persons located in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, or where participation in the Promo or receipt of a prize would be unlawful, or to which Adsterra is unable lawfully to transfer funds or deliver merchandise, are not eligible to win. Only one entry per person is permitted in each draw; entries generated by bots, scripts, or multiple or duplicate accounts or email addresses will be disqualified.
Promo Dates
Official dates:
- Event period: October 26th – November 26th, 2026
- Results of the main prize draw and winners announcement – December 14th, 2026
- 10 winners of the main prize draw will receive cash bonuses credited to their Adsterra publisher accounts before December 24th, 2026.
- 4 winners of the main prize draw will receive 350 merch points each, which they can redeem for items in the Adsterra Swag Lounge. Merch points will be credited to winners no later than the bonuses of the main prize draw.
- Results of the additional prize draw in social media and winner announcement – December 2nd, 2026.
- The $100 cash bonus will be transferred to one winner of the additional prize draw no later than the bonuses of the main prize draw.
Participation in the Promo
To take part in the Promo and have the right to get one of the claimed prizes, each Participant has to fulfill the following conditions:
The Main Promo Conditions
- To enter this Main Promo, you must have an Adsterra Publisher Account.
- To apply for participation in the Main Promo, you must:
- Sign up or log in to your Adsterra account as a Publisher and opt in to the Promo via an incoming message (a live chat or post), or alternatively, opt in via an email between the Promo dates.
- To become eligible for the main prize draw, a Participant must achieve at least $50 on their balance in the Promo event period.
The Main Draw Prize Fund
All participants who comply with the Main Promo entry conditions and earn $50 or more during the Promo period will automatically enter a prize draw. Every $50 earned gives a Participant one extra chance at winning, capped at 10x once they reach $500. Earnings above $500 do not add further chances.
13 winners will be randomly selected to receive the following prizes:

The winners will be determined with a randomizing online tool and announced on Adsterra’s social media on December 14, 2026. Winners will receive cash bonuses credited to their Adsterra publisher accounts and merch points they can use on the Adsterra Swag Lounge before December 24th, 2026.
Each participant can win only one prize. Once a winner is drawn, all of their remaining chances are removed from the pool before the next prize is drawn. Each participant may enter from one account only.
The Additional Prize Draw Conditions
Adsterra will give away $100 to one of those who repost the Promo announcement from Adsterra’s official accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or X, adding the #AdsterraEngine hashtag, or create a post or publication on a forum or in a community with a comment before November 26, and comply with these requirements:
- Take a screenshot of your post or repost with the #AdsterraEngine hashtag or your forum (community) publication.
- Copy the above-mentioned repost’s or publication’s URL.
- Fill in the form, providing the screenshot, its URL, and your Adsterra publisher account email address.
- Submit the form.
- The draw, as well as the winner announcement, will take place on December 2, 2026, on Adsterra’s official social media.
- One random participant will receive a cash prize of $100, which will be transferred to one of the three payment methods of their choice (PayPal, WebMoney, or Paxum).
The winner will be determined with a randomizing online tool and announced on Adsterra’s social media on December 2, 2026.
Adsterra reserves the right to exclude or disqualify posts at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate content, violations of Adsterra Terms and Conditions, or accounts that violate social network rules.
Partners’ Representations and Warranties
You warrant the legality of all data you provide and of your activities, and you acknowledge that Adsterra will process your personal data for the purpose of administering this Promo (including the Additional Prize draw), as described in its Privacy Policy. You agree to act professionally, not damage Adsterra’s reputation, and not violate third-party rights or Promo rules. Adsterra may disqualify participants in case of any breach. Prizes are provided “as is”; the fee for the delivery of merchandise ordered later with bonus points is on Adsterra.
Data Protection
Adsterra processes Participants’ personal data (data they enter when registering an account, and for the Additional Prize Draw, email, social media handle, and entry post) for the purposes of administering the Promo, selecting, contacting and announcing winners, and delivering prizes, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Adsterra’s Privacy Policy available at https://adsterra.com/privacy-policy-managed/. The entry form for the Additional Prize Draw is operated on Adsterra’s behalf by involve.me / stereosense GmbH acting as a data processor. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and to comply with applicable legal obligations, and will then be deleted. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability as described in the Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure
Force majeure may lead to changes, postponement, or cancellation of the Promo. Adsterra is not liable for related costs and will notify participants via its website, social media, or account notifications.
Entire Agreement and Variation
The Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus. Adsterra may modify the Promo or this Agreement unilaterally at any time, without affecting prizes already won, and will notify participants via account notifications or via email.
Miscellaneous
Invalidity of any provision does not affect the remainder. Adsterra may assign this Agreement; you may not without prior consent. Notices will be sent to the email provided upon registration. You confirm you have not relied on any statements outside this Agreement and Adsterra’s official documents. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any rights that you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
